"A very convenient hotel if you are travelling over to Scilly. Proprietor Linda was extremely helpful, organising us an early breakfast. Our room was spacious and well equipped. Our dog was made very welcome. Over all an excellent stay and we will come again. Thank you"
"The hosts were lovely. Clean, safe, comfortable, good common area includes fridge, glasses, plates & cutlery. Delicious breakfasts with a view of the colourful boat harbour. The pub in Mousehole (5 min walk) was good. Parking is a short distance away but make sure you have cell / text service to use the parking app in case the only machine in the lot isn't working as the next lot is 2 miles away! Would stay here again!!!"
"All the staff were wonderful and accommodating and very polite and helped with all of our requests with a smile. We didn’t eat at the hotel but we did enjoy some drinks at the bar and for a small hotel, it was well stocked! Easy to find and quiet, would happily stay again. "

"This property is set in beautiful grounds and was very peaceful. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The continental breakfast, fruit, tea & coffee and other provisions in the room were more than ample. All in all, great value and would thoroughly recommend. Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat.
Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door.
Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold.
Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention.
Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. "
"The Old Piggeries is a charming place to stay on a nicely landscaped site. Very quiet and friendly park with good amenities. Penzance centre, beach, supermarkets, and petrol stations all within easy driving distance. Good value and property is well-equipped and nicely furnished. "The cottage is fine and it is in a nice location BUT the details of the cottage listed on the Expedia website and Sykes Cottages are different and misleading. Expedia shows the cottage to be within the Penzance city centre & 8 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The cottage is 8 miles (13 kms.) from the Penzance city centre.
