The caretakers - Yeni and Mendoza- were absolutely amazing and lovely people! From fresh seafood, the gorgeous pool, views to die for, and the nicest people in the world, this home is a dream."

"The location was amazing because it is part of a very small community right on the a huge long beach with wild surf. There were times when you were the only ones on the beach in either direction. You got the sunrise and the sunset. There was a beautiful lush transition green space full of palms and birds. The caretaker and her son were very accommodating to put up and take down the hammocks when we were there to use them and they did many other helpful things in the warmest manner. Our group of six adults were very happy there.The neighborhood is very positive and interesting and it was an easy drive from SJ airport, to stores and restaurants locally and in Jaco and many other beautiful locations like Manuel Antonio. One of us even needed to use the Urgent Care in Esteriillo and Dr. Dan was amazing and totally took care of the problem . The owner did a great job of communicating all aspects of our stay there from the house to tours and great massages. My birthday and week could not have been better!"

"Is a nice small hotel, good parking lot, good slow EV charger. Swimming pool is small, but water is crystal clear, jacuzzy without hot water, but it's not cold though. Rooms are good size, clean and modern. It is not front beach, and you need to walk for it. You need a car if you want to go for beach, restaurants or places out of the hotel, 10 min rides. Breakfast is awesome, typical and good portions, restaurant is kind of limited, but chef knows his art. The best of it was the staff, young commited people to solve anything you needed, Nelsie and Mariana at front desk, and Yarid at restaurant works the extra mile to make you feel at home. "

"We had a pleasant stay in Esterillos. The house was more than we needed, but the location and the view is why we chose this property. The neighborhood has plenty of dining options and a couple of mini marts so no need to travel much. "

"Group of 3 friends traveled there looking for an inexpensive and quiet place to make base. This was the perfect place; wonderful views, macaws and iguanas everywhere, and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!"
