They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. They require photo of you ID and of the credit card before coming even if you have paid the room in advance. Only then you get the code for the entrance and to your room. Nur die Sitzfläche des Stuhls fanden wir zu hart. Den Lichtschalter erkennt man in der Nacht im Dunkel sehr schlecht. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, wahrscheinlich Energie zu sparen, aber mit Rückenschmerzen war es ein wenig herausfordernd. Das sind Kleinigkeiten die ich noch erwähnen möchte.
