"Great views of Muskegon lake. Our room was unique. Had a double bed right as you walk in the door. Then a bathroom that divided the room, with a king bed by the sliding patio doors. Lots of room and 2 dressers and tvs. Only thing I didn’t like, no chair or table. Other smaller rooms had table and chairs. Overall it is an awesome hotel and was very pleased with the experience."

"This was my second stay. This was the worst of the two experiences. Second time here where there were zero eggs at breakfast again. Carpeting/floors in the room were sticky and damp. Phone was broken so had to call from my cell phone after my battery died so I allegedly missed the 9am cutoff to ask for a later checkout. I was told that housekeeping, "had to get in there right away". Maybe because there was used soap and hair in the shower right when we arrived ( I have pics) so we didn't bother using the shower. I used points/dollars towards this stay and felt that it was wasted on an overall disappointing experience. This will be the last time this establishment gets my money. I would rate this zero stars or below if I could."

"Okay first we get up to our room and the smell could knock you out floors were sticky window was cracked garbage can was full of old moldy coffee grounds the stairs going up B to our room the hand rail was duct taped when I took my dog out they bitched because I didn’t take her across the street all she did was peed on weeds and dirt so do not stay at this place it is a true dirt hole you just don’t feel safe"

"We really enjoyed our stay in this charming two-story home. Clean, welcoming, with lovely decorative touches, nice flooring, all the needed amenities and room to spread out a bit, too. Location was minutes from good restaurants, plus a great record store about 400 ft away! And just a 5 minute walk to the art museum. Plus, hosts Ryan and Ashley were super responsive and provided great recommendations for local eating options. "
