"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

"There were 2 of us and we loved our stay. It was the first day of our Japan trip so we were severely jet lagged and yet the staff was amazing. Not only was our room ready to check in at 10 am (thank you SO much for that!!), but we also thoroughly enjoyed our stay: the location, the rooftop, the hotel, we loved it all. And would go back in a heartbeat. In fact, I’m recommending the hotel to my friends heading to Japan. The rooms aren’t big (that’s Tokyo for you) but it doesn’t matter. I slept like a baby, no interruptions, no noise at all and the staff was really kind. Will definitely go back whenever I go back to Japan"

Very nice hotel

"There was a bus from HND straight to hotels in Shinjyuku including this hotel. The first 3 floors are mall with restaurants & Anytime Fitness!! (If you are a member in USA, you can use the (physical) purple key!! If you are familiar with checking in with kiosk it is quick. Room is not big, but enough room. Bed was firmer side, but very comfortable. Bathroom is small, but efficient. "
