Gene and Elizabeth were amazing hosts. So inviting and friendly and helped with suggestions which all turned out to be great. Breakfast was top notch. Rooms are nice but walls are thin. Safe area and walkable into town. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful, comfortable place to stay. Our room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, everything was spotless, and the proprietor established a friendly relaxed atmosphere that everyone enjoyed. The breakfast was large and delicious. We would love to stay here again.

If you ever wanna stay in Downtown Juneau, this is the absolute best place in town. The host are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable of the area. There is a great assortment of snacks, and a wonderful breakfast every morning. We will stay again!

We had a nice stay at this lovely house, within an easy walk of downtown, but away from the crowds of tourists. Breakfast was delicious! Our hosts arranged our transport to the airport and we really appreciated the “to go” snacks packed for our early morning departure.

This was my second stay at the B B and I just love it. I love the great location and the breakfast is so beautifully put together. Elizabeth and Bing do a great job of making you feel at home. It's very close to a ton of hiking and you absolutely don't need a car. I always end my trips to Juneau here at Capital B B because I feel so relaxed here. I highly recommend booking this spot!!!

We really appreciated the extra mile that the hosts put into making our stay welcoming and comfortable. The extra tea, coffee, and snacks were great! Our favorite had to be the breakfast to go goodie bag that was made up for us. Our weekend in Juneau was perfect. We are already looking forward to staying here again.

Both of the hosts, Bing & Elizabeth, were wonderful! They made us feel right at home. The room was comfortable & very clean. The breakfast was GREAT each morning! Perfect choice for a few days stay in Juneau. We could walk to our destinations including the tour bus pick ups. Breakfast held us until dinner. Several close restaurants. Comfortable to hang out in afternoon after wet hikes or walks. Staying in a restored historic home adds a bit to the Alaska experience.

The best bed and breakfast experience we have had. The sweetest couple run it and both are so accommodating and hospitable. They think of things you don’t even think about that you may need. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was beyond amazing. Picture perfect and tasted as good as it looked. I highly recommend.

We stayed at Alaska’s Capital Inn during Christmas 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience. The inn is steeped in Juneau’s history, offering a unique charm that makes you feel connected to the town’s past. The hosts, Elizabeth and Bing, are incredibly hospitable, professional, and friendly. They went above and beyond to provide us with excellent recommendations for exploring Juneau, all of which turned out to be perfect for our visit. The highlight of our stay was the delicious Christmas dinner they prepared and shared with us—a truly special and heartwarming gesture. The breakfasts were equally amazing: hearty, fulfilling, and the perfect way to start the day. Our room was cozy and full of authentic historic details that added to the inn’s character. It was an amazing stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend Alaska’s Capital Inn to anyone visiting Juneau!
