"Overall this property is beyond incredible. It is fantastic! Best pool I’ve ever been in. Who puts a little island in the middle of the pool with trees and lounging chairs! Incredible!! AND the waterfall!!!! OMG beautiful!!. The house was spacious clean and everything you need to cook or bake. Guest house was sweet too. Will definitely book again for sure. Oh and the Hosts were so so nice and answered all our questions. Pictures on website are true. What you see is what you get plus a lot more!! Thank you again and again Kelly and Jim. "Loved all the space; great area to stay. We needed actual bath towels. TP holders and towel hooks were missing. Kitchen didn’t have enough wine glasses. Also needs more cutlery. Also- the toaster doesn’t work. "

"Check-in instructions withheld until 24 hours of check in. That was the first we heard there was a rooster in the neighborhood. Upon arrival the sail over the outdoor seating area was shredded, replaced by host the next day. Keurig has a menu issue rendering it not usable. 2 days later provided with working coffee maker. Advertised hot tub but there is none. "Golfers Paradise" provided 1 putter, 3 balls. Grill is very rusty. Hammock is rolled up on the patio , a clothesline is hung where the hammock was pictured in the ad. Our queen bed was very low to the floor. I am 5'4" and the top of the mattress was about 2 inches below my knees when standing next to it. It is hard to get out of a bed that low to the ground. No dresser, bedside table or any shelf to set personal items on. We were able to hang some clothes during our week stay but much of our items remained in our suitcase on the floor. Lights in 2 bedrooms are not on a switch. must search in the dark for lamp switch. The bedroom window that faces the street has large breaks in the plastic mini blinds, compromising privacy. Best to keep the blinds closed as the neighbors have carjacks and rusty tools leaning up against their garage. Interior of the unit was clean. Location close to highway and restaurants. Additional check out instructions were added via VRBO messaging the day before check out. This was a very disappointing stay. I have photos if needed. "
