"property was still in the middle of remodel, not finished. Bed frames were poor and banged toes on frames sticking out. noisy neighbors. decor very nice."

"If you like living under a communist regime you will enjoy this hotel if not I would pass , we got the "hottube suite" it's literally a bathtude that takes up half of the already VERY small room , but worst part by far was the staff and "24/7 security guard , we were reprimanded for smoking outside of our room out back on our "paito" that is a 5x5" square , and threatened with a 350$ fine , ok no problem no smoking out back got it , other patrons were also being reprimanded by the desk clerk who walks the entire premises EVERY 5 MINUTES! for putting feet on the pool deck lounge chairs and for not closing umbrellas properly they also will force you from the pool area if you have any snacks i.e. chips or granola bars one couple was restricted to their 5x5 concrete slab until they had finished their chips , later I was in the parking lot leaning over the bed of my own vehicle in the PARKING LOT ! waiting for my wife and having a smoke when I was approached by the 24/7 security and told if I smoked in the PARKING LOT I would also be fined ! I had to stand out by the highway while being watched by security to have a cigarette, in the end I was fined 100$ extra by this hotel for smoking in the parking lot , we were also told we would lose ice machine "privileges" if we took more than one small container of ice every hour ! Lol this would be a great hotel for children ages 3-6 with the amount of rules here we will never be back !"

"The location was perfect for what we needed. I liked that it was a smaller hotel with personal service. We were able to walk to the restaurant or take a shuttle ride if necessary. The view was spectacular from the hotel and restaurant. The hotel was exactly as advertised. We would definitly stay there again."

"From the booking process to the comfortable stay, this has been the best vacation rental we've ever had. We have rented our fair share of places, ans it always seems like there's no comfortable sitting space, there's not enough essentials to get you through a night, you don't have basic kitchen gadgets like a can opener, or some other annoying inconvenience that comes with renting a vacation home. This place was the exception to the rule! There wasn't a single thing that we needed and didn't have. The home was clean, comfortable, and fully and logically stocked. The location was perfect for getting to multiple beaches within 10 minutes. The backyard oasis provided hours of much needed relaxation time in the beautiful pool when the windy beaches just weren't doing it for us anymore. I highly recommend a visit to Blowing Rocks Preserve at both high and low tide. The hosts Sean and Jack were incredibly accommodating and very responsive even though we never found ourselves needing anything. They were sure to check in to make sure all was good and let us know they were available if we did need them. They also provide plenty of information on their website and in their book in the house in case you have questions. We would book this place again if we ever visit the area again. Very pleased with our stay and the hosts! Highly recommend! Thank you Jack and Sean!!"
