With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks, why would you not want to stay here! With a pool to relax by, a wading pool for toddlers, communal BBQs perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch and a large, grassed area for the kids to play.

Unit 33 is furnished with air-conditioning to the living area and main bedroom. This spectacular unit also has a wall oven. This unit sleeps 6 guests; the bedding arrangement is 1 x Queen & 4 x Singles. Features include an outdoor shower, double carport with parking for 2 cars and washing machine.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats.

Anyone who is found climbing the pool fence & utilising the pool area after the closing time of 7pm & the opening time of 8am, will be required to vacate Seafront Estate property immediately & will be banned from any future accommodation stays at the complex.

The common areas of the Complex are camera monitored, which includes the Swimming Pool, for security purposes.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.
