"Buy the breakfast when you check in if staying for the weekend. Its delicious! Staff was great at front desk, parking attendants and restaurant. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Had a balcony facing the pool and it looked clean and was told is heated. Facility is a bit outdated, but still nice. There was a wedding when we checked in at 11 pm and it was loud, music went on pass 1 am. AC unit is super noisy, like bumping and grinding noises. But it works. Araiza is an old hotel, but it still a good option to stay."

"Parking was good, pool was not ready on time, no ice dispenser, only Mexican pesos with exact amount of money accepted or card for breakfast. When stayed in the past there was free coffee in the morning, that is no longer offered. Other than that place was clean and check in was quick and easy."

"One of the best experiences my partner and I have had in Mexico! The staff was super cordial and always on hand when needed. The hotel itself is 15 minutes away from basically everything we wanted to do, so it was in a great location. Also, the bar had some fantastic drinks made by Anthony and Ken, who were both amazing. We will definitely book there again when we go back!"
