"We had a nice little stay in a chalet at Auberge-Baker. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were amazing! The only concern was that the building seemed to be a little tilted causing a few issues with closing doors and walking in the chalet. The road is full of history. Be sure to leave enough time to walk a good stretch of the road and read and see the historic stories. As I finish this review I stress again THE STAFF WERE AMAZING!"

"My son and I chose this property specifically because of the hot tub, and before arrival we were told it was checked before and after every stay. We were even warned we could be charged extra if we didn’t shower before using it. Unfortunately, when we arrived after a 6-hour drive, the hot tub was completely cold and not functioning. It was also excessively foamy on the first night, which immediately raised concerns about whether it had actually been properly maintained.The first evening of our trip was spent trying to troubleshoot the tub instead of relaxing. After contacting support, I was instructed to reset breakers and locate a hidden electrical panel, which took over an hour with no success. We were then told someone would come the next day.After a full day of ski racing, we returned hoping it had been fixed. It was still cold. Someone had apparently only added chemicals to reduce the foam, but the hot tub itself still did not work. More time was spent sending photos, troubleshooting, and messaging the property contact instead of enjoying our vacation.It was not until the third day that the property manager suggested refilling the tub myself, which finally resolved the issue after hours of effort on my end during my own vacation.We were repeatedly told someone would contact us afterward regarding compensation for the inconvenience and loss of the main feature we booked for, but despite several follow-ups, nobody ever did.Other issues included overwhelming clean"

"Nous avons adoré notre fin de semaine au chalet absolument charmant qui comporte tout l'essentiel pour un séjour agréable. L'hôte Daniel est très réactif et nous accueille chaleureusement à notre arrivée. De plus, nous avons pu profiter du joli sentier aménagé le long du terrain, nous permettant d'admirer des vues sur la montagne et le fleuve. Nous recommandons fortement ce chalet pour le confort, l'accès à la nature qui permet de décrocher tout en étant encore à proximité de la ville et ses attraits. Nous serons définitivement de retour lors de notre prochain passage dans la région!"

"Our group of three adults found this property to be just what we were looking for. Two spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room , a decent sized kitchen, nicely decorated, and all in a very central area for our tour. Our host greeted us and showed us around. He was very helpful as to what to see , plus the property had information on the area. Parking was off the street . Bakery was down the street . We were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful experience. The inside of the cottage was really clean and spacious. My friends and I really appreciated the sauna and the terrasse at the top of the cottage. The view of the St. Lawrence river and the view of the mountains were really out of this world."
