The room is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the lake. The customer service is attentive and thoughtful. As for the meals, there is an impressive variety of dishes, most of which are delicious—especially the botan shrimp, yellowtail, and the steamed egg custard with nodoguro. In addition, the breakfast exceeded my expectations and was the best I’ve had across my past ten ryokan stays. You can tell the differences through their careful selections of food ingredients. 天井が剥がれ落ちるって笑

家族旅行で利用しました。 朝に大浴場の天井が剥がれ落ちて、女性用が利用停止となりました。もともと補修依頼などしていたとはおっしゃっていましたが、天井がつながっている男性用は利用継続で特に注意喚起もなかったです。 あとで調べましたが、関係法やガイドライン的には、宿泊客への注意喚起や他設備に問題がないのであればその説明が必要なようですが特にありませんでした。 普通のサービスは悪くなかったと思いますが、トラブル対応に関してはクリティカルに不安です。 食事は美味しかったです。

お部屋の露天風呂に入りながらの打ち上げ花火

お部屋の温泉は、快適でした。源泉かけ流しで油温も丁度良く、いつまでも入っていたくなるほど。料理も美味しく、小松トマトの入ったすき焼きの主役は牛だけで無く、むしろトマトの方だったのでは？と思ってしまいました。夕食の後、露天風呂に使っていると、目の前で打ち上げ花火が上がり始めました。初めての体験で、素晴らしい夜になりました。お米の地ビールも美味しかったです。
