"A spotless, beautiful and modern hotel with every comfort. As the hotel was almost empty, we practically had the place to ourselves, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, especially the japanese course. We were also kindly upgraded to a better room upon arrival. The rooms are very spacious and still have the brand new hotel feeling. We would like to mention the gentleman at breakfast who brought us coffee before we even had to ask. The onsen was modern and everything...

Although, I do wish the staff showed more Japanese culture customer service toward information and concierge services. Being at a Ritz Carlton Reserve hotel, I think the sophistication and quality of the onsen, gym, spa and in-house skiwear boutique weren't up to par. Those areas felt like I was at a Marriott hotel instead of a Ritz Carlton Reserve."

A close walk to all the fun restaurants and shops of Hirafu, and the ski in/ out access is ideal. "Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station.
