"I’ve been staying at this condo for 10 years it hasn’t been updated . They table and living furniture is outdated and so uncomfortable the sliding door needs knew coverings there broke and missing one the fold out sofa bed is very old the springs are popping up I asked for a foam pad I got told no by the owners… The owner don’t care to help or update the place even though we have been returning renters for 10 years definitely looking into renters a different unit now … it’s very sad and the place is so nice with the ocean front view but it’s time to move on very horrible of the owners"

"Everything was perfect. We are so happy we choose this property. The accommodations were very nice. Very comfortable beds and a well-supplied kitchen with all the utensils and glassware you would need. Fantastic AC and the washer and dryer made us feel like home. Everything was stocked well, and we were very close to a great local supermarket, and easy to get to Safeway and Walmart. Being close to Kahaluu Beach Park and being on the 3rd floor, we could sit on the porch in the morning enjoying our Kona coffee and watch the surfers across the bay; and the unbelievable sunsets in the evenings! In fact, of all the beaches we visited in our two weeks, this was the best snorkeling area for many varieties of fish and the sea turtles! We had amazing fun and walked there daily (about 5 min). Beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment and even surf boards are also available! The hosts Duane & Cheri were great. Very organized with instructions and recommendations of things to do. The best was the fact that we could text for any questions and got immediate answers. Good people, and honest. We recommend this location and will consider for another stay on the big island. John & Nancy"

"This is a bottom unit in a two building combo setup where the swimming pool area is next to the building very easily walked to next door. The condo itself is very impersonal and clearly just fixed up for sale. Lots of toys in laundry room for beach - a good one I think if you have kids. The location is very nice for snorkeling which is the prime feature in that area. So not luxurious but just fine."

"This was a quick layover before heading to the other side of the island for our son’s wedding. We enjoyed being tucked into the tropical setting g bit still a quick walk to the beach. Really adorable place, clean and comfortable. As with many island accommodations there were only fans and breezes through open windows. And there were fun critters to keep us company."
