Thoughtfully renovated and tastefully furnished, it features extra windows that welcome natural light and the refreshing cool trade winds that flow through the condo. Although there is no air conditioning, the home remains comfortable year-round thanks to ceiling fans, portable fans, and the gentle ocean breeze. For added convenience, the resort is equipped with an elevator providing easy access to this top-floor unit.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.

**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
