"Great little spot that is very walkable to pretty much everything in Kīhei. If you’re expecting the 5 star Four Seasons…..this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for an affordable, clean place to base your Hawaii adventure out of, this place could not be more perfect. A great beach spot at Charlie Young Beach is a less than 5 min walk, and next door at Cove Park there is a great tree to sit under and enjoy the sunset with a cold beverage. The kitchen is adequately equipped and the bedrooms are large. All furniture is clean and comfortable. Communication with the knowledgeable host was easy and quick. We had a great time and it will be the first place we look at on our next trip. "

"The unit was perfect for me and my sister with the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the location, there are many small shops and restaurants within a 3 block walk. The ocean and Kalama Park are right across the street. There's a surf shop next door and we got to see surfers in the morning when the weather was decent. Two things to note:- There is a lock box hanging on the screen door, but the screen door is not locked. This was not apparent to me when we arrived in the dark, but when I called VRBO the owner called me right back and resolved the issue.- The parking spots are pretty tight but we managed fine with our small SUV. Special appreciation for the sunscreen and umbrella in the unit. There was a lot of rain while we were there and the umbrella was especially handy. We went on a snorkeling trip on our last day and it was nice to have the sunscreen. We also saw that there are beach chairs, snorkeling gear and pool toys but we didn't get good enough weather to use them. We would definitely rent this unit again."

"The studio was incredibly equipped with everything anyone could possibly need.The air conditioner was perfect for the size of the place.Along with extra fans if needed. The refrigerator though small, held everything we moved over from another place. Jennifer was incredibly accommodating and personable and helpful. We would highly recommend this rental!"

"This property has it all!! From the amenities it offers, more than most other homes I’ve rented, to the beautifully landscaped, peaceful property. The sleeping accommodations were perfect, the pool and hot tub were a huge hit for my grandchildren, the number of very well thought out details were just truly the best!! I would rent this place over any other houses 10/10! "
