"Wonderful location, especially if you don't want to rent a car - amazing beaches and shops and restaurants within walking distance. The condo is fully equipped with everything needed for a vacation, even beach gear, sand toys for kids, pickleball and tennis rockets! Tennis court and hot tub grill on property make a wonderful addition. I met some nice people there too. The host Diane provided impeccable communication and support throughout the whole stay. Will stay again if I make it back to Maui."

The location is super convenient in just walking distance you will find grocery stores, cafes, Starbucks, souvenir shops and many many more. Beach just across the street! Needs a major refresh; needs new wall paint throughout, needs new shower curtains and shower floor tile, needs new kitchen fan, needs new refrigerator water filter, etc… Couch is uncomfortable to sit on. Overpriced for these particular accommodations. On the plus side there were clean sheets and towels and it is in close walking distance to the beach and restaurants. "

"Perfect for a solo traveler but fine for a couple. Easy check in, very clean. Had everything needed. And the best part its located right by the beach, shops and eateries. Very walkable. Down in the same building is a nice coffee/pastry/ food place Grab breakfast and take to the beach. Also a little grab and go store right there. Would definitely use this place again."

"We flew into Maui the morning before the historic Kona Low storm hit. Thankfully, the wonderful housekeeper allowed us to drop off our groceries before check-in, so our food stayed cold when the storm hit and we lost power. The condo felt very safe, and we were grateful to have a secure place to stay during the worst of the storm. There were even candles available, which helped keep the space lit the night we were without power.Unfortunately, it rained for much of our trip, but we still made the most of it—spending time in the hot tub, reading, and watching whales from the deck and pool area.Sam was fantastic; he checked in on us and offered help in any way possible. Once Kihei began to recover, we were able to walk to happy hour and nearby shops. We also enjoyed short drives to Wailea for açaí bowls in the mornings and walking around that area, especially since Kihei was hit hard and required significant cleanup during the first half of our stay.The condo is well maintained, the AC works great, and the pool area is wonderful. There was plenty of room for our family of four, and the two queen beds in the second bedroom are definitely a bonus.We truly appreciated Sam’s hospitality and how accommodating he was. We would absolutely stay here again—five-star host!"
