"We absolutely loved our time here! The location is perfect with close access to multiple beaches, restaurants, and a Foodland for quick groceries if needed. The suite comes with everything you may need from basic meal prep (ie, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc) to beach necessities like beach chairs and a cooler. Cloy was very responsive and helped with us with anything we needed during our stay. "

"We flew into Maui the morning before the historic Kona Low storm hit. Thankfully, the wonderful housekeeper allowed us to drop off our groceries before check-in, so our food stayed cold when the storm hit and we lost power. The condo felt very safe, and we were grateful to have a secure place to stay during the worst of the storm. There were even candles available, which helped keep the space lit the night we were without power.Unfortunately, it rained for much of our trip, but we still made the most of it—spending time in the hot tub, reading, and watching whales from the deck and pool area.Sam was fantastic; he checked in on us and offered help in any way possible. Once Kihei began to recover, we were able to walk to happy hour and nearby shops. We also enjoyed short drives to Wailea for açaí bowls in the mornings and walking around that area, especially since Kihei was hit hard and required significant cleanup during the first half of our stay.The condo is well maintained, the AC works great, and the pool area is wonderful. There was plenty of room for our family of four, and the two queen beds in the second bedroom are definitely a bonus.We truly appreciated Sam’s hospitality and how accommodating he was. We would absolutely stay here again—five-star host!"

"This was an excellent location. It had everything you need for a family gathering including infants. It had all the gear to go surfing or boogie boarding. Entertaining inside or outside. It was a very private secure location that you felt safe at. We used the bbq and it was great. The mango trees were starting to drop fruit so we got a couple of fresh mangos. We walked locally to take advantage of the food trucks down the way and we also shopped at the local foodland for any additional needs. Highly recommend and if I return to Maui would use again. "

"Before our stay, I reached out to the property owner to inquire about the available items in the kitchen, as this was an integral part of our stay and I received no answer. Upon check in, I was pleased that the floor was nice and clean, and the sheets and towels were as well - good cleaning crew!In the morning after our first night, we discovered what we call a B52- a 3" flying cockroach IN the bed. It was discovered that the sliding glass door and the screen both do not stay shut, they roll open. Additionally, a screen is missing from the bedroom. We had to wedge things into the lanai screen to keep it from opening and one night our inventions failed and the screen rolled open - we were inundated with mosquitoes. This property owner is vocal about how to reduce pests, saying not to bring cardboard into the condo. Intrigued by the "creepy upstairs", we peered in to discover a whole room with a bed and lots of cardboard boxes upstairs, perhaps where these pests are coming from/living? Another reason for booking was the washer, however the first load came out smelling like mold despite being removed promptly and upon looking the washer has mold inside. The dryer is vented to a kitchen cabinet where using it left us coughing and the wooden drying racks out on the lanai were falling down. The microwave stopped working. There was not enough toilet paper. Hot tub wasn't working. The view was great but we paid too much to have these avoidable issues :("

"We stayed at this very clean Kīhei condo from 03/06/2026–03/16/2026 (extended one extra night), and it was exactly what we needed for a smooth, family-friendly Maui stay.The location is unbeatable- walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shops, and a grocery store, with a convenient corner store right below. South Maui Gardens is right behind the parking lot and such a charming bonus spot to explore.The condo itself had all the little things that make a big difference- fully stocked with handy essentials, beach gear ready to go, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and A/C (huge win). Our kids absolutely loved the pool, which is just two floors below the lanai.We experienced a Kona storm during our stay and briefly lost power from the afternoon of 03/13 to the afternoon of 03/14, but it was restored and out of the host’s control. Speaking of the host- super responsive and accommodating, especially when we needed to extend our stay last minute due to weather changes. (Thankful it’s not a first floor unit- yes there’s an elevator!)As animal lovers, we also loved seeing the community cats (fully vetted & well cared for!) and the wild chickens around- fun and uniquely Maui, not bothersome at all (just peek under your car before driving off!).We especially enjoyed relaxing on the lanai- great for sunsets and a little storm (and people) watching.Overall, 100% recommend. We would absolutely stay here again (2 adults 2 kids)."

"The unit was perfect for me and my sister with the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the location, there are many small shops and restaurants within a 3 block walk. The ocean and Kalama Park are right across the street. There's a surf shop next door and we got to see surfers in the morning when the weather was decent. Two things to note:- There is a lock box hanging on the screen door, but the screen door is not locked. This was not apparent to me when we arrived in the dark, but when I called VRBO the owner called me right back and resolved the issue.- The parking spots are pretty tight but we managed fine with our small SUV. Special appreciation for the sunscreen and umbrella in the unit. There was a lot of rain while we were there and the umbrella was especially handy. We went on a snorkeling trip on our last day and it was nice to have the sunscreen. We also saw that there are beach chairs, snorkeling gear and pool toys but we didn't get good enough weather to use them. We would definitely rent this unit again."
