Checking in late, only the top bunk was available, which was tough for a 65-year-old man to climb up to. Someone turn the a/c off, it got pretty warm in the room. There was no hot tub available

Clean and comfortable hostel. If you're looking for a simple place to stay, this is a good option.
The only reason why I have the breakfast at 1 is because I left very early so I missed it. I can’t review breakfast as I didnt stay long for it. This was my first experience staying at a hostel & it was great. The only thing is that my sheets were pretty uncomfortable as I kept itching throughout the night. There were some stains on the wall as I was on the top bunker. The experience itself was great & Xavier the staff that checked me in was very helpful.
Most of the staff was kind; I only had a little difficulties with a couple of the staff when I asked a question. There were no outings available to sign up for when I was there for the weekend, because of van issues-so if you are debating about renting a car or not, because the hostel mentions outside adventures, contact them first. I stayed in both the 4 -bed women's dorm and one night in the private room (so I would not wake others in the dorm up at 3:30 in the morning.) The private room was clean although the window that lead to the hallway did not have a dark/full curtain/blinds (they were designed to let light in) and the hallway light was on all night (so bring an eye mask if you can). Also, the windows of the room faced the road, so it would be loud and some cars outside will speed by, as well as a balcony, that some guests may speak on their phone in the middle of the night, despite a sign on the ground that says it is closed after a specific time (I think 10 pm -maybe 9 pm).
You get what you pay for….the beds are horrible and I had the worst sleep of my life. Bought 3 nights, only stayed 1. Got another place that was only $40 more. Never stay on the upper bunk. The bunk beds are made out of cheap metal and are super janky. They squeak and move around a ton. I’m not sure why this place didn’t use sturdy wood and attach it to the wall. The room was too warm as well but the other guests liked the temp so I had to suffer.
