Loved the area. It was beautiful. My only complaint isn’t an actual fault of theirs, I just wish they had a swimming pool. Other than that, the staff was wonderful the place was great.

At check in I was informed of a $25/nt convenience fee which is not published anywhere on the website. I have experienced this fee at resorts but never at a hotel of this style. It seemed underhanded. The hotel is advertised as having breakfast which is typical of this style hotel. However, the breakfast included hot coffee and an individually packaged muffin and packaged oatmeal, they call it "grab and go" so they can advertise as having breakfast. Again, it seems underhanded. Everyone was nice and the hotel was clean.

The two girls at the front desk were wonderful! I came in after being told my flight won’t leave til the next day. I had to book a 2 night stay when I only needed one; I was later refunded for it. The one girl worker carried the pack and play up and brought it into my room for me. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and comfortable! I highly recommend!

Room and hotel we very clean. Staff was helpful. Large rooms and not far from town. Could often hear people walking above us. Sounds a bit like stomping or jumping. Garbage outside hotel was over flowing. Which was surprising since inside was so clean.

This property is only a few months old. The staff was great, especially Tyler. The breakfast is only muffins and fresh fruit. Coffee and tea are available 24/7. My big complaint was the lack of insulation. While the location was quiet the rooms weren’t. I was there 2 weeks, during the week pretty quiet the weekends not. Without insulation hard to keep children quiet.

The property looks kind of a cute, but the rooms including the one bedroom suite is incredibly small. The noise transfer between rooms was unbearable at night you could hear every single footstep in the unit above us, including when they were on their phone or going to the bathroom in the middle of the night! I realize this is a budget, friendly hotel but my goodness it just felt absolutely cheap and like it was made out of plastic. This is not up to any Hyatt standard that I’ve ever seen before. The breakfast is most definitely grab and go! Prepackaged muffins and prepackaged cookies with a small selection of fresh fruit. If you’re watching your calories and fat intake, the available breakfast items are not very healthy. Coffee is decently good. Despite the issues we had, I will give credit to the staff for being very friendly and helpful.

The property itself was new and clean, however, it felt very sterile. I wouldn’t call what they serve in the morning an actual breakfast, more like packaged muffins. I was disappointed there was no shuttle service to the airport, however, the staff was very friendly.

Very clean rooms and helpful staff! The continental breakfast was more “grab and go” style (ie granola bars, packaged muffins, fruit) and we kept having trouble with our keys not working for our door, but the staff always handled it professionally and quickly. Would highly recommend!

Brand new hotel, building is nice. Stayed on the first floor, heard every door open and close, noise from other rooms and outside. Breakfast was terrible, set out a plate of muffins or bars and bananas. Same thing every morning. Expected more.
