"I stayed 3 nights at this new and modern hotel. From the moment I arrived to the time to go I was amazed by the hotel staff. From the maintenance and housekeeping to the reception and managers. Every person I met was extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I stayed in a room with an ocean view and highly recommend it. The restaurant caters for Indian and western tastes and the food is excellent quality. If you are visiting Kanyakumari please take a look at this hotel. You won’t be disappointed. I will be back soon I hope"

"Tranquil property. Comfortable rooms but what others say about the air conditioners noise and bathrooms is true. The staff, especially restaurant were terrific. Management is aware the gym needs work. I exercise seriously and had to go to an outside facility. No more harbor construction noise. The harbor could be an eyesore if you want natural ocean views. But it had its own charm. Management really cares about your satisfaction."

"Chakra cottage had aesthetic interiors and very spacious even for a couple with small kids. Seeing sunrise in the lake from the portico was wonderful. Staff were really courteous and friendly. Spa was great too. Overall it was a lovely peaceful experience just an hour drive from Thiruvananthapuram. "

"Everything has an old look in the cottage - the view was good but everything from the aircon to fittings were really old and worn out. Getting a Uber from the hotel is a real challenge as there are regular taxi drivers who charge triple the rate waiting at the entrance to turn away our booking. Really frustrating when the hotel can’t help us with this matter."
