"The property asked for a $300 cash (Venmo) refundable deposit. They said after 5-7 days they would refund it. After two weeks still nothing and no response to my inquiries. In addition, there was a party with 25+ people in the common area on a Saturday night. Very loud music and lots of yelling. I DO NOT recommend this place."

"It was a very cool pet friendly place. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need, they even left dog treats for my pups. Which they enjoyed! The place had an overall very cool vibe. My kids enjoyed the different decorations that were all over. We would definitely stay there again when we are in town."

"Clean room, worn beds that creak a lot. Quiet neighborhood on the South Side. Theres nothing provide in the kitchen or bathrooms except the appliances and very little silverware as well as towels. Plan to buy toilet paper, paper towels, and buy plastic or disposable utensils. I also plan to grocery shop at one of the three Aldi stores nearby. The house has no views, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Basement felt a bit sketchy for laundry so I rarley felt content. The property served its basic necessities. Thank you!"

"Host was incredibly kind and accommodating! The property was lovely and very spacious. Everything was clean as well. The neighborhood truly was not that bad and had plenty of grocery stores surrounding it and great access to public transit."
