What to expect from this listing (Pros and Cons):

Location: Our villa, Amara Villa (also known as Villa Lang-Amara), is part of the Villa Nevaeh compound. It is situated in a prime location on Kamala Rock Cliff, facing west with stunning sunset views. It is surrounded by top attractions such as Café Del Mar Phuket, InterContinental Hotel Kamala, and Novotel Hotel Kamala. We are just 2 km from Surin Beach and 7 km from Boat Avenue Cherngtalay, home to some of Phuket’s best restaurants.

You can walk down to the bottom of the cliff for private beach access to Kamala Beach during low tide. Our staff will guide you along the private entrance walkway to the beach.

Spacious Villa: This 1,000 sqm Thai-style teakwood villa features six large bedrooms and six bathrooms (five ensuite), plus two additional WCs. The layout is divided into two sections: three bedrooms on the lower level (ideal for elderly guests) and three bedrooms spread across three stories. Please review the floor plan and photos carefully before booking.

Gym: A private air-conditioned gym equipped with a Technogym treadmill, elliptical machine, dumbbell set, and yoga mat. Alternatively, guests can opt to jog along our private lane, a 150-meter-long path with ocean breezes and tropical surroundings, offering fresh oxygen to strengthen both body and mind.

Pool Table: A top-quality 4x8 meter pool table is available next to the swimming pool area, perfect for leisure while enjoying music at the bar counter. Enjoy drinks and light meals in this space.

Private Fiber Optic Wi-Fi: High-speed 1000/1000 Mbps Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, with router extenders in every bedroom to ensure seamless connectivity.

Reminder:

If hosting a party with outside guests, there is an additional charge of THB 500 per guest exceeding the booked number. A special cleaning fee of THB 5,000 per day/party will also apply, along with compensation for any damages upon check-out. We strive for five-star reviews and wish to avoid disputes. Please respect this policy.

1.1 Late check-out will be calculated at THB5,000 per hour and we will claim through your OTA upon check-out. We had bad experience, where the guests just ignored our check-out time. Keep in mind, we need 4-5 hours to clean this villa and most of the time, new booking Bookers do arrive on time at 3pm.

For large parties, prior approval is required from the Kamala Police Station. Unauthorized events may result in legal consequences. Police may be stationed at the villa entrance for security. This villa is valued at USD 6 million—please respect our property and house rules.

A private chef from a nearby hotel is available for hire at THB 3,500 per day. Our staff can purchase groceries with an additional 25% service charge on the receipt for transportation and arrangement.

Free Airport Transfer: Complimentary pick-up and drop-off with a private van from Phuket International Airport. The villa is a 45-60 minute drive from the airport.

Free Laundry Center: Three washers and one dryer with free detergent are available. If professional laundry services are preferred, our staff can arrange this at an additional cost.

Villa Features: This 1,000 sqm private pool villa accommodates up to 12 guests, with six spacious bedrooms, premium king-sized beds, and top-quality mattresses (some with four-inch toppers). Five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

The villa has 13 air conditioners, a well-equipped kitchen, a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, a soundbar, a large dining table, and ample storage space. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool, pool table, sunbathing areas, and gym. Access is controlled by keycards, and self-check-in is available via a security keypad.
