And was asked to move to a different room the next day when i was trying to relax after a busy day. That was annoying as I had to repack my things while i was dealing with the jetlag and tired. When I went to the new room, the AC was not working properly so had to go back and ask them...

"This is an ideal place to reset your body — with Ayurvedic treatments, meals tailored to your body type, and yoga every morning and evening. Most people seemed to stay for 3–4 days, but I really recommend a longer stay. I stayed for 16 days and was able to fully detox and relax. The staff are all warm and kind. It might be a good idea to bring something to pass the time during those little in-between moments when you’re not sure what to do. You can easily go out for short trips of 2–3 hours...
