"Receptionist unreliable with limited English skills! They didnā€™t clean our room! Bathroom was dirty and full of ants! We booked the pick-up in advance as requested, for the morning, because we had a bus, and they were in delay! I need to push several times!! We had dinner experience, terrible, limited food in terms of quantity and variety! When food finished was not replaced, even if we asked and several people were there without dinner yet! I strongly NOT recommend this resort! Very very bad...

"The room smelled of cigarette smoke. When asked to change room, the reception was most reluctant. After that the staff become rude to us. The pillows were moldy and the whole place was dark and gloomy. We felt unsafe and check out to other hotel without staying though we already paid for the 2 rooms."

"I had a couple of very pleasant days at the hotel, the room was clean. But when I arrived there was a puddle of water on the floor from a leaky fridge, it was fixed very quickly, but should have been checked before guests were arriving. Also, the engineer that came to fix it, just walked in which was disturbing. The shower is quite fiddly and the first night I couldn't have a shower as I couldn't get any water to come out, the engineer came the next day and got it going but after a long day of travel the shower really should be working. Apart from these 2 issues the grounds were beautiful and the back of the veranda faced the jungle."
