Food is terrific (especially Canoe House; fabulous meal and service!), hospitality was warm and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable with an incredible view, the golf courses and pools and beach amenities were five-star, and the overall vibe was relaxing and posh without being pretentious. Nice looking hotel and clean. Gym is good. Service is generally good. Valet staff was 7/10 and timing turn down service is very inconsistent otherwise would have been excellent. Transportation to and from hotel is challenging if you don’t have a car. Overall very good hotel

Amazing facilities, shops, beach access, bike route around Waikoloa. The whole area is serene, quiet, beautiful - not crowded with touting stores like nearby Kona. And overall resort design is beautiful and functional - is full of open areas to hang and still have tranquility. Full of marine life at the lagoon.

I was welcomed like ohana and received access to my room a bit earlier than check in. The ocean view room was amazing. So clean and updated. Every single staff person that I came in contact with was AMAZING. Mauna Lani should be proud of their team. The adult pool is the perfection. Views for days, attentive staff, a swim up bar and comfy lounge chairs. I am counting the days when I can visit again.

clean room, friendly/helpful staff. beautiful resort. the restaurant had good food and drinks. I will return. my only complaint is a $60 resort fee per day. I was not informed about this. Expedia claim final price included all taxes and fees. this report charge $40 for parking (which i agreed to) and $60 resort fee which was not disclosed.

This is an incredibly serene and beautiful resort. Whether you come with your family or for a romantic get away it serves all types. Adult pools and family pools and an incredibly relaxing beach. The restaurants on the property were so delish and there’s other walkable options!
