"The room and facilities were clean, sleek, stylish, and upscale. Service in the hotel and restaurant was a little cold, not as welcoming as other experiences. Onsen doesn't allow tattoos, which was disappointing after staying at many other wonderful hotels that had no issue with tattoos. But the highlight was the breakfast. Honestly this was the best food of our entire visit to Japan. Gourmet, seafood-centric boxes filled with absolute deliciousness. "

"This hotel had without a doubt the best breakfast I have had since I have ever traveled the world. The choices in Japanese and American delights were amazing. The hotel staff seemed small for the size of the hotel, but very friendly, had one that spoke English very well and the rooms I rented were immaculate. Actually likely one of the best if not the best in over 50 countries I have stayed in. Even the Japanese couple we stayed with were amazed with every aspect of this hotel, very close (walking distance) to the train station. I would recommend this hotel to every and anyone. Congrats to the staff...every one in all areas of their employment. Also I will mention the deal on Expedia was unbelievable what we paid and what we got. ***** Expedia."

"This was an excellent hotel, near the station and close to everything. The room was first class, fresh flowers a nice touch, and the bathroom was truly amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Definitely worth a look!"

"Breakfast was good with options for both adults and kids. I didn’t like having to get amenities on the first floor, rather than having them in the room already. The bed was okay, but probably the least comfortable on my trip so far. I have a bad back and I found myself tossing and turning a lot overnight. The hotel is close to a bus stop, which made getting around very easy. "
