"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. "We stayed here with our two kids (aged 8 and 10) when we went to visit friends in Yukuhashi. We booked two twin rooms (the biggest they had) and had one adult and one child per room. I think there are only two twin rooms per floor, so we were across the corridor from each other which was convenient.
The rooms were bigger than we expected and included a built-in desk and chair, a tiny fridge and a kettle.
