We liked the bed and it was a clean room. Pool was nice. Bathroom was terrible and the toilet kept clogging. Shower had no pressure and at times it was a dripping stream, barely any hot water. No linen or pillows for the hideaway bed. Lack of towels and toiletries in the room. Breakfast was terrible. Staff at night seemed like they didn’t want to bothered.

My wife and I were driving out west in had a planned stop in Kansas City. We were looking for a place to stay and I always use the reviews on Expedia before I book a room. The rooms were clean, the beds were soft, and everything went extremely well. I would definitely stay here again.

The carpet and couches were dirty. Towels were taken even when we hung them up. They ran out of towels. Two tissues. Bed was clean. Breakfast was fine. Room above the pool is loud and musky. Staff was often hidden. Won’t stay again.

The night clerk was very helpful with our checking in. We discovered that the towel post on the back of the door came off and it looked like this was not the first time it happened. We informed the front desk and she created a work around and we were not charged for damage. The room was clean and neat. The pool in the morning was nice to use after traveling. Breakfast was nothing fancy but good for what it provided.
