  • Welcome to Historic Holmes Place; Nestled on Holmes Street, you’re just a short stroll from some of KC’s favorite restaurants, cafés, and parks. Whether you’re here to explore or unwind, this space makes it easy to feel at home.

    After booking, guests are required to complete a renter’s agreement and provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. This is required for all guests without exception. Failure to complete these steps may result in cancellation of the reservation without access to the property.
