This property worked for an overnight stay. It was quieter than a motel, but you know that you are in someone's home. Make sure that you bring your own drinks.

My friend and I were in Kansas City for a football game. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood and it was really close to the stadium. The house was clean and Peggy the property owner was awesome! She was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this property again the next time I'm in Kansas City.

Nice Stay!

Great stay! There is a TV in one of the two bedrooms upstairs, and we could come and go as we pleased. We will be staying here again when we're in the area.

Peggy was great!

Staying with Peggy was great! She had wonderful conversations with us and her 2 cats were very friendly. Finding her home was easy and if was perfect for what we needed. Me and my boyfriend did not hang out around the home as we were busy exploring, but Peggy spoke on how she does enjoy getting to know her guests, so if you wanted or needed to hang out, Peggy would be great company.

Peggy was an absolute delight. Woke up at 11:44pm to make sure we knew where to go. Was very friendly and nice. Talked to us in the morning and checking in and out was a very easy process. We loved staying with Peggy.

Wonderful stay

Peggy was a wonderful host and very accommodating. She really enjoyed meeting our dogs and visiting with us on the patio. The neighborhood was very nice and we had a nice walk with the dogs around dusk, felt very safe. Rooms were spacious and quiet at night. Plan to stay aging soon!
