"Everything was perfect. Staff was so welcoming and there’s plenty to do on the resort. Activities were fun and service by the poolside was always great. The Italian restaurant was the best one on property. Drinks were always good."

"Loved the hotel! It’s like staying in the jungle. You get to see different kind of animals roaming around and the staff takes good care of them. The hotel is inside a few parks; Xcaret, Xplorer and Xenses so you have access to them through the hotel. The kids club is great. They have all kinds of activities for the kids, including trips to see the dolphins in Xcaret. The kids are in the care of Sol, absolutely loved her, and Belen. If you dine at the beach buffet, ask for Otilio! What an amazing man. The chef, Federico, also took good care of us. The snack buffet had really good choices and the best service you can get, is from Roman! He will carter to you like if you’re the only one in the place."

"Loved everything! Would go back again! They were all very helpful and kind. Rooms were great. The only thing we didn’t like was they tried to sell us their membership as soon as we checked in. We had children with us and one is disabled, we really Needed to change him but it took forever to get us into a room because they were trying to sell to us."

"I travel a substantial amount and this trip was life changing! First, our local host, Karla was absolutely amazing! The daytime bar server (sorry I can't remember her name-beautiful lady, reddish lipstick) remembered I liked my marg's a little sweet. Karla made our dinner reservations, checked on us daily, followed up with how everything was. She even had me send her a picture of where we were sitting at the pool so she could bring us our pool inflatables! I could go on and on about the pampering and amazing service. We would go back for Karla!! Everyone was so friendly and appreciative! We ordered 2pm drinks to the room for my dad who stays in, to read, everyday, they showed up on time to add to his enjoyment. We had one room with the swim up pool, the servers even brought us drinks to our pool! The spa...perfect. Great massage, hydration therapy, all personalized and felt they tried to make sure you understood what to do and guide you along the way. So much so, we went back a 2nd time. All dinners were great too. Our favorite experience was the Asian, due to the family style of serving our party of 5. We got to try new things and decide which we wanted more of. Great drinks, great food, and unparalleled service! Unico sets the bar higher than 5 stars! You got to where you were afraid to ask, because the staff or Karla would bend over backwards to make sure you got it. We also loved the 6pm daily Artisan craft. This was the best experience EVER!"

"Beautiful place with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were kept very clean Half of the resort was under construction ( probably because it was off season) and it made it tough to book reservations for restaurants. As they warn, there is lots of seaweed on the beach in the summer. The workers worked so hard to get rid of it but it was impossible. Most pools have swim up bars and there is lots to do! Public bathrooms are kept very clean!!!"
