"The property was absolutely beautiful and clean. Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing we didn’t love was that the shower is not separated by a wall. it’s in the room, so there really isn’t much privacy. The staff was very helpful and kind. The food wasn’t the greatest. It wasn’t bad, just average but there was plenty of it. Overall we had a great stay"

"The staff was pretty good for most of the trip. There was a lot of people getting tours of the resort but we didnt recieve any maybe becuase we didnt upgrade our rooms? We felt lost for about two days becuase we were trying to figure where everything was. The resorts signs for direction as well as the map were not helpful. They didnt have any activities to do during the night, a lot of resorts have a show or a gathering area for an activity during the vening but there was nothing to do other than go to the speak easy or to one of the restaurants that acted as a bar."

"We recently stayed at the resort for our honeymoon, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The absolute highlight of our trip was the incredible service provided by our concierges, David and Cielo. They were beyond welcoming, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay unique and memorable. They surprised us with beautiful honeymoon decorations in our room and even thoughtfully set up play kitchens for our daughter, Elena! Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel so special. The only downside of our stay happened on the very first day. We had requested a crib in advance during booking, but when we arrived, it wasn't in the room. I had to call the front desk multiple times before it was finally delivered, which caused a bit of unnecessary stress right at the beginning of our trip. Aside from that initial hiccup, everything else was fantastic! Beautiful resort, great atmosphere, and top-tier hospitality from David and Cielo. We would definitely recommend staying here—just make sure to double-check crib requests at check-in!"
