"This was a very convenient hotel, across the street from the train station. 3 stops to Tokyo Disney and 10 mins from Tokyo station. It’s not in a busy neighborhood which is nice, makes for a quiet evening. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, one staff member called a cab for me to go to the pharmacy for medication for my sick friend, they helped translate for me with the driver asking him to wait for me so he could bring me back to the hotel. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, loved the amenities including a laundry room, onsen, and the breakfast buffet was very impressive and delicious. They also have Sagawa onsite to help with luggage transfer. Definitely recommend staying here."
