Beautiful Ocean & Golf course views at this Kapalua Golf Villa, discounted 2024

Our Kapalua Golf Villa sits on the 4th hole of the Bay Course. You will be street level with just three steps down to the entry. Enjoy watching golfers while having your coffee or have happy hour with beautiful ocean view sunsets from our oversized lanai. You are walking distance to Kapalua Bay and the Coastal trail. Kapalua Bay is one of the best snorkeling beaches on the island.
There are many dining choices in Kapalua close enough to walk to or call the complimentary shuttle that is available within the Kapalua area.
The property has four pools ( all recently heated) with the largest one just a short walk from our villa. Each pool has a barbeque and dining area if you prefer to cook outside the villa.
This one bedroom villa sleeps TWO people privately. You can request up to two additional persons for a $50 per person PER STAY fee/ not per night. You will have to make this request when booking so that we can provide the linens needed.
The large master bedroom has it's own exit to the lanai and a private master bath with walk in tiled shower. There is a flat screen smart TV for watching your favorite shows in bed.
The second full bath includes a tub/shower combination. This unit also includes a full size washer/ dryer.
The dining/ living room is an open floor plan and has a wall mounted flat screen tv. The queen size fold out couch is an option if you have requested a stay for more than two people.
The villa also includes a small room with twin bed convenient for a child or single adult so you don't have to use the fold out couch.
Your kitchen will be fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking while on vacation.
There are split air conditioning units so that on warm evenings you have the option to run it just in the bedroom and save electricity. Ceiling fans also keep a good air flow when you don't need air conditioning.
