Flooded with light with floor-to-ceiling windows and a phenomenal view over the sailing and sports boat harbour, this holiday apartment offers complete holiday luxury. The view falls on the floating houses and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei with passing sailing ships and the Schleimünde lighthouse. Harbour cinema is guaranteed, as are the picture-perfect sunsets that can be watched from the balcony.



Designed to be barrier-free, the Enjoy holiday apartment is easily accessible by lift and has a level-access shower.



Situated above the things, you can watch passing sailing ships entering the Baltic Sea from the entire living/dining area and the balcony. The idyllic landscape of the Schlei nature reserve offers closeness to nature and a break away from everyday life. The harbour promenade is located below the holiday apartment and invites you to take a stroll.



Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme on the flatscreen TV in the living room, which can be enjoyed from the cosy seating area. This holiday apartment also has a Sonoro Internet sound system.



The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can conjure up delicious holiday meals. The balcony invites you to enjoy a barbecue evening with a view of the water.

The shower room has a large walk-in shower.



The cosy bedroom is equipped with a box-spring double bed and an additional flatscreen TV for a restful night's sleep.

There is a private car parking space behind the house.



The holiday apartment is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by lift.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
