Lovely apartment in Olpenitz with sauna

  • This stylishly furnished holiday apartment is located on a narrow spit of land in the middle of the Baltic Sea, between the Baltic Sea on one side and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz on the other.



    Floor-to-ceiling window fronts offer a fantastic view of the water - harbour cinema guaranteed. The south-facing terrace directly on the water promises sun all day long, while the private wellness area with large Finnish sauna and free-standing bathtub with sea view (Baltic Sea/Schlei) ensures pure holiday luxury. The property is not fenced in towards the water.



    And when the Baltic Sea shows its temperament, you can watch the water scenery from the cosy sofa with the crackling open fire in the background. The underfloor heating ensures cosy comfort at any time of year.



    The open-plan living and dining area with its cosy seating area invites you to linger in front of the crackling open fire. The panoramic waterfront offers holiday entertainment with ships sailing past.



    The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious holiday meals.



    The fully equipped bathroom with floor-level shower offers maritime wellness moments, as you can relax in the Finnish sauna.



    This spacious holiday home, which is at ground level, also offers guests with limited mobility full holiday comfort.

    A guest WC provides additional comfort.



    A private car parking space and a bicycle shed are located directly in front of the house.



    The Hafenheimat holiday apartment is located on the ground floor.



    Our favourite place: After a long day at the beach, enjoy the harbour cinema and a sundowner from the sun terrace!



    Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung! Trotz der sehr dichten Bebauung im Ostseeresort fühlt man sich in der Wohnung gleich fast wie alleine. Die Terrasse ist kaum einsehbar und der tolle Blick auf den Hafen aus dem Wohn- und Essbereich sowie dem tollen Bad mit der traumhaften Badewanne und auch aus der Sauna lässt einen direkt entspannen. Wir haben uns für ein verlängertes Wochenende eingemietet und uns sofort wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung an super Lage

Das Ostseebad Olpenitz wird noch weiter ausgebaut. Beim Sitzen im Garten ist man direkt am Wasser. In der Wohnung, die modern , neu und sauber ist, ist alles vorhanden.
