Breakfast was so delicious - one of the best meals of my trip! I left my umbrella in the hotel and had it shipped to Tokyo - staff was super responsive and helpful. Just note that it’s cash on delivery, so the shipping cost was a huge surprise and I should have just said goodbye to my hokkaido themed umbrella instead 😭😭 (5200 yen shipping for a 1200 yen umbrella). Our stay in the Kumoi has been nothing but great. Cozy rooms, beautiful lobby, clean onsen and lovely staff. We had both, breakfast and dinner, which always were delicious and prepared with care.
We were told that there was wifi in the lobby only, but we had no problem connecting on the second floor.
Would recommend!
