Reception staff was quite nice. There was a pick-n-mix station and water available. Coffee machine was only available from noon onwards (which one staff member cheekily told me was because they didn’t want to „compete“ with the breakfast offer). If you want to offer coffee, it should be available when most people drink coffee.
Room was small but nice. You did hear the tram outside throughout the night and feel the vibration of it. A/C was available, as well as a fridge and safe. I would have liked a trash can in the room though.
Checkout is at noon, but the cleaning staff knocked every day at 10am. There was no sign to ask for the room not to be cleaned / to signal you’d be sleeping in. I felt that wasn’t relaxing and not hospitable.
