Loved the service and how amazing the hotel is! We were in a room with a spiral stair case and that was so handy! The bathrooms and room was always neatly maintained and cleaned and room service was amazing. Definitely will come back here again.

There were several pools in the hotel and the other facilities were also great, much better than our expectation. And it served us with a bottle of sparkling wine in the room for free.

We would give this 10 stars if we could! This place is an absolute dream! We stayed here for a week and everything about this hotel was perfect, they really go above and beyond for their guests and they make you feel like VIPs. Centrally located and just a short distance from restaurants, local shops and of course the stunning beach of Kata. We would come back every year if we could, our children loved the food, they had the chance to try Thai cuisine and foods that they were familiar with when they just wanted something quick to eat. The hotel provide a shuttle service to the beach and also a golf buggy from the hotel to the end of the road for ease of walking in the heat. Book this hotel now, you will be so glad you did.

Metadee is an excellent option for a relaxing and affordable Phuket vacation. Just 20 miles from the airport, the road is windy and will take you an hour or more from the airport. With that said, it’s across the beach from one of Phuket’s finest stretches of sand. The staff could not be nicer and the complementary breakfast every morning has tasty options for everyone. While extremely popular with Russian tourist, we heard many languages spoken around the resort, including Spanish, Italian, Turkish and Moore.

Slice of paradise

Kata beach is a busy area so great to have a little oasis for a base camp. We had a swim up room and id recommend paying the extra . Also breakfast by the pool was a treat.

The spacious rooms provide a comfortable stay, though the abundance of mosquitoes can be a bit of a nuisance. While the hotel's secluded location offers tranquility, it's a bit removed from the main road, but the complimentary shuttle service is a convenient option, but it's worth considering if you prefer easy access to local facilities, such as 7Eleven, stores or cafes. The front desk staff was efficient and courteous, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free.

Exceeded expectation!

Loved every minutes of it! Centrally located in Kata, 300m from the main road but they have golf carts to bring you to the main lobby if you don't want to walk. Hotel well appointed, modern and extremely clean. Would recommend this hotel as well as Kata beach over any other hôtel in the region if you are looking for a super nice accommodation. About 10 min walk to Kata beach.

The staff is so.helpful. At the very beginning, the room is smelly. My girl requested room change and staff helped instantly. The new room is good and no problem.
