The pool itself was extremely clean and inviting, and you can tell the staff takes great pride in keeping the whole resort in perfect condition. The food available on the resort was outstanding, with every meal exceeding expectations. The spa was also amazing and provided such a relaxing experience. Everyone on staff was super nice, attentive, and professional. The service was truly fantastic, and they consistently made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. "Amazing location at north end of Karon beach. Nice big bed, excellent air conditioning, good bathroom. Staff very polite and helpful. The rooms on a hill up steps from the beach so bear that in mind, on arrival at reception at top staff take you and luggage to room. The restaurant for breakfast has amazing view with good food and drink selection. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Proud Karon. Rooms were spacious and clean. In close proximity to the beach and other restaurants, shops etc. We enjoyed the free shuttle that was offered to Kata Beach. It is also available to Patong and Old Town. The staff were so helpful, in particular Mr Phu who recommend an excellent tour to Phi Phi island!"
