"Very convenient location. Walking distance to airport. The hotel is new. Large, comfortable very clean rooms. Most of all very friendly and helpful staff, in particular Osman at reception (if you have any problems he will help). Breakfast is large and omelette served with a smile. Thank you!"

"Hotel mal hubicado.

"The property is well maintained and well managed. It is my first choice of hotel in Kars."

"Very helpful staff and as helped book a taxi to airport. Large spacious room. Great breakfast. Highly recommended and great value for money"

"Very friendly staff, excellent hotel, the room was incredible and the breakfast so delicious. We only stayed one night and it was really a pity that we had to leave so fast. We will be back."

"Oda temizdi ama personel vasat böyle iğrenç olamaz ilgisiz ters"

"Maalesef çok kötüydü, pişman oldum, diğer otellerin dolu olması bizi mecbur bırakmıştı burada konaklamaya. Pis ve bakımsız, söylememize rağmen temizlik yapılmadı, yatak, nevresim ve çarşaflar berbat, havlular eski ve lekeli."
