Beautifully Restored Hotel

2 night stay in room 201 in May. Hotel is a restored old building. Restorations were beautifully done. Service was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very nice. Bathroom was spotless. Great location backing onto a river and near the castle. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Only negatives are very slight sewer smell in bathroom and I didn’t see air conditioning but when I was there a/c wasn’t needed. Highly recommended

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel close to the Grand Bazaar, shopping and transport. The staff are wonderful and welcoming and the rooftop breakfast is really special, with a great view and fantastic food. I really appreciated their commitment to sustainability with refillable water and recycling. Would definitely come back!

The renovation has been done with excellent taste, beautiful dark wood nicely oiled/stained, beautiful choice of red and green tones on the furnishings, i.e. carpets, beds and curtains. Impeccable service. Great english and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Otel merkezi konumda, rahatlıkla yürüyüş rotası oluşturabilirsiniz. Otel çok temizdi, çok güzel restore edilmiş. tüm personel güleryüzlü, yardımcı ve saygılıydı. Odalarda tüm ihtiyaçlar düşünülerek herşey vardı. Kahvaltı çok lezzetliydi. Bir dahaki ziyaretimle kesinlikle tercih edeceğim bir otel olacak.

Biz çatı katında kaldık, camdan bakınca gölü ve kaleyi görmek çok güzeldi. Sahur konusunda yardımcı oldular. Oda içerisinde konulan ekstra şeyler çok düşünülmüştü ve güzeldi. Konumu çok iyi bir yerde Eski Kars’ın orası ve çok keyifliydi.
