Die Empfangshalle war überfüllt mit wartenden Gästen, so das wir wahrscheinlich erst um 17 oder 18 Uhr einchecken könnten. Diese Unprofessionalität habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wir haben daraufhin ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Das Hotel ist nicht akzeptabel. "
