This exquisite first floor apartment with ground floor access (no steps) has two double bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom and is positioned on a quiet road with completely uninterrupted views over Kalkan harbour, minutes from the main town. Sleeping 4 -6 in total, it has a swimming pool, balcony, outdoor terrace and parking. Free WiFi and Bills are included, and there is a remote controlled air conditioning unit in every room. It’s a 4 min. walk to the Carrefour supermarket and a further 5 min. walk to the beach, through the cobbled streets. I also have the flat below if you have a larger group and want to spread out, out, and you are likely to have exclusive use of the pool, terraces, grounds and gardens as the top floor flat is rarely used.

The property itself is situated in a fabulous location with a south facing balcony that gets the best of the sun all day long, and with wonderful, uninterrupted views across the harbour and sea. The sort of flat you would love to be able to live in all year long! I provide a return taxi from and to the airport (through my agent at a small cost) or travel directions for those making their own way to the property, and a full list of instructions for getting the best out of the property and the surrounding area with recommendations of the best restaurants and cafes to go to will be sent by e-mail once the booking has been received. I also provide a welcome pack for my guests at no extra cost.

I am available on e-mail and phone and will respond to questions and queries straight away and usually within a few minutes. I also have a very friendly agent who manages things very efficiently for me in person and will tend to everybody's needs. The surrounding area is beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing. You have the choice of lying on the sun loungers by the pool, sitting on the balcony, enjoying the shaded outside terrace or venturing into town to go to the many shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and markets. You do not need a car as everything is a very short walk away, however, it is useful if you wish to visit Kas, Saklikent, Patara beach, Tlos or any of the other nearby beauty spots.
