٢. ازعاج مكبرات الصوت في البار في الليل.
( لا تستطيع النوم بسببها خاصة في عطلة نهاية الاسبوع ).
٣. عدم وجود غلاية ماء في الغرفة.
٤. صغر حجم الغرفة.
٥. مشكلة درجة حرارة الماء في دورة المياة لا تستطيع الاستحمام بسببها. حيث ان درجة حرارة الماء متغيرة من بارد جداً الى حار جداً في نفس اللحظة."

"Sauberes Zimmer. Personal war freundlich. Der Schlüssel hat leider gehangen und wir brauchten Hilfe um zuzusperren. Das Keypad neben der Tür außen war nur zur Zierde. Das eigene Restaurant war gut, mit Ausblick auf die Berge. Frühstück hat gepasst. Ohne Auto/ Roller kommt man zu Fuß jedoch nirgends hin -> keine Gehwege und eine mehrspurige vielbefahrene Straße. Für eine Nacht hat es allerdings gepasst."
"The place was very sketchy, the lobby was dark and there was people smoking cigarettes and lurking in lobby. They tried to charge us although we prepaid. They didn’t even check the computer. The room doors were open, and our room door was open with someone’s sandals and soap in the restroom. We didn’t feel safe or slept. We checked out at 5:00am because we were afraid. "
"Nice clean, comfortable hotel. Service was excellent. Loved the rooftop pool and terrace level bar. Great service by Ola in the lobby bar / coffee shop. 25 minute walk to Skandenberg Square. "
"Well maintained hotel near the airport. Complimentary shuttle big factor since I had an early flight.
Rooms are spacious and very clean.
Has a great pool and lounging area as well"

However the dinner we had in the back garden was fabulous with super service.

"Great location to explore Tirana, also close to the busstop to go to/from the airport. The room is nice and clean, the bed was a bit hard though. Breakfast buffe was good. "
"A great position that’s within walking distance of most places of interest but in a quiet street. The reception staffer went out of his way to provide information on some obscure objects that I was looking for. Comfortable rooms,good coffee for breakfast."
