"Unbearable noise from the nightclubs outside. Kept awake until 6am. If you stay here make sure your room is not street facing, otherwise you will not sleep if its a weekend. The hotel site or staff gave me no advance warning of this noise. Cheap earplugs left in the room are a joke of a gesture. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. I’m not even a light sleeper. I work in live music events so am used to noise so cannot understate how bad it was. Requested a full refund which is in process via hotel.com"

"The room was spacious with good amenities. We were on the city moat side so it has nice and peaceful view. The beds were big and comfortable. The location was good too as it’s only 10 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes walk to the old town square."

"Very good and professional service. Wonderful decor of the place. Everything was very clean except the night stand had a sticky drink stains, and the smell in the lobby is not welcoming. As the hotel is based by airport the suitcase wheels friendly access to the front door from the footpath would be nice improvement. "

Wyposażenie pokoju (w tym czajnik, herbata, kawa) wystarczające na krótki pobyt (na plus odrębne wc). W hotelu dostępna restauracja i bar (tu nie oceniam). Wyjątkowo urozmaicone śniadania - duży wybór produktów niezłej jakości. Dwa szybkie ekspresy do kawy eliminują kolejki po napoje. Standard wyższy niż wynikałoby to z trzech gwiazdek. "

"Fantastic place to stay in a great city. We had a two bed family apartment. Lovely size and decor and breathtaking views. Would 100% stay again. Minor criticism is a lack of cooking utensils in the kitchen, plus no oven gloves or tea towels. With having an oven and hob it could do with better equipment for cooking. Had an issue with the WiFi but someone came immediately and fixed it which was appreciated. Overall amazing place and a good price. "

"Very clean, staff were great, nice shopping complex just 10 mins walk away, with everything you could possibly eat. Very nice room- almost everything you would need, just a couple of pointers first the HDMI port on the tv is hardly accessible, you have to have the smallest hand to squeeze in the back of the tv - maybe the hotel can fit an extension cable for ease of use? A lot of people use their own tv box/stick/usb player now, so this would make things a lot easier. Second thing (staying on the same theme) no socket near the tv, meaning you need an extension lead All in all, a nice place to stay "
