Great place for long and budgeted stay. Convennient to reach Saitama Super Arena and also Tokyo areas. The rail noise didn't impact me much, and overall the neighborhood is quiet. The lady owner is very nice. The coffee house nearby is also excellent. I enjoyed my stay.

The statement that the rooms are "sound proof" is a lie. I easily heard noise from people outside and people inside throughout the day AND night. People were often talking and knocking on doors even after 01:00 am. The rooms do not have refrigerators, curtains, nor an actual mattress. Sleeping was very uncomfortable. I was scheduled to stay 2 weeks and not once was the room cleaned/sheets or towels changed. I left a few days early and can't imagine ever going back.

事前に荷物を送っても良いかなど問い合わせなどをしていましたが、とても親切に快く引き受けていただきました。チェックインしても、子供とお世話になったのですが、親切に対応していただきました。部屋はコンパクトで、必要なものは揃っていますので、不自由はなかったです。廊下の共用部分に冷蔵庫と電子レンジがありました。

寝るだけであれば全く問題ない。施設自体はきれいだが、客室はあまり広くはない。線路に近いため電車の音が気になる人にはかなりストレスが多いかもしれない。電子レンジとケトルは共有だが、滞在中にタイミングがかぶることはなく快適に利用できた。駅からのアクセスもよいのでこの値段なら全く問題はない。
