They went above and beyond to accommodate our hockey team and made sure every detail was taken care of. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and the rooms were surprisingly large and comfortable—perfect for families and groups. "The customer service experience was above and beyond any I had encountered in a very long time. The hotel itself was very quiet, despite some obvious construction and a few minor overlooked housekeeping finds which honestly can be found in some level at any hotels, the property as a whole was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of toiletries stocked in the bathroom area, and we spent our entire stay without ever hearing neighbors despite the hotel and at least every room on our floor being occupied. "
