"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The setting is stunning and the extensive grounds offer plenty of space to relax and sunbathe.Everything felt peaceful and well maintained we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again . The only small downside was that we found the drinks at the bar expensive , but this didn’t detract from our overall experience."

"We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible.
Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. "We had a medical emergency, our grandson was hospitalized for over a week and we could not attend the wedding nor receive a refund or credit to our credit card. The owner & management was unreasonable, not empathetic to our medical situation and refuse to accommodate our emergency medical needs. I would never reserve or stay at their facilities."

"We did enjoy our stay at this hotel during the month of June. It was relatively quiet.
The hotel is well maintained and rooms are exceptionally clean.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The lady that cleaned our room daily was thoughtful and did an excellent job at maintaining the hotels high standards of cleaning.

"We had high expectations for this property, especially given the good communication from the owner before our arrival, who provided helpful information. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped.
The biggest issue was the noise. Our room (Room 3) was located next to a busy road, and the bin collection at 5:00 AM added to the disturbance. The rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear everything from neighboring rooms—doors closing, showers running, conversations, and even toilets...

"The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, but the service falls short of what you would expect from a luxury property.
The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels.
