This is a fantastic brand new property overlooking the main square. It is modern and luxurious with a beautiful large terrace with comfortable seating. The square and surroundings are full of restaurants and shops and some great Greek bakeries. They will even provide laundry service for a reasonable price. Although there is not parking on site, there is ample street parking and the ferry parking is right across the street. No problem leaving my car there overnight. I highly recommend a visit to Lixouri and a stay at the Piazza Suites.

We had such a great time staying at Piazza Suites during our trip to Kefalonia. The location in Lixouri is perfect—right in the center, close to everything. You can walk to the square, grab food, or sit by the water in just a few minutes. The room was super clean, modern, and really comfortable. The bed was great, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we had a nice little balcony to relax on. Everything felt new and well taken care of. The people running the place were so kind and helpful. They gave us great tips on beaches to check out and places to eat. You can tell they actually care about their guests and want you to have a good time. If you’re coming to Lixouri, definitely stay here. It’s comfy, clean, and the location couldn’t be better. Would absolutely come back.

Small four room property with friendly English speaking owner/operator. Newly renovated. Excellent location on plaza near the ferry with free parking lot across the street. Could not be more convenient place to visit the beaches. A couple with a rental car can go to and from Argostoli on the ferry for 9 euros one way. Rooms are large with excellent finishes, coffee maker/coffee and shaded patios overlooking the main town square. You will be very happy. Only small issue is no elevator but that is minor. Book it with confidence.
