"This was a great base for a 3 day working trip. Andrew was very kind and patient with instructions for check-in, it was whisper quiet, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The location is excellent, being such a short walk to Homebush railway station. I’ll definitely stay again."

"Stay of two nights after first night, shower not working, left at 3.30am to assist a volunteer group and reported issue to reception, return 1.30am the next day & found no attention to shower issue at all. They very reluckantly gave axcess to another room only for use of shower. Very poor no apology."

"I stay at this hotel regularly and consistently enjoy my visits. The service and overall experience are usually excellent, which is why I continue to return. However, I wanted to bring a recent dining experience to your attention. On Tuesday evening, I dined with colleagues and ordered the spatchcock. Unfortunately, after taking one bite, it was clear to both myself and my two colleagues that the dish was off. The smell was quite noticeable at the table. I chose not to make a scene, but did discreetly ask a staff member to remove the dish. As the meal was added to my colleague’s bill, I’m unsure whether it was ultimately charged. What stood out most was that there was no follow-up or explanation from the kitchen or staff during or after the meal. This experience won’t affect my decision to return or recommend the hotel, as my stays have otherwise been very positive. I simply wanted to raise this for your awareness."

"Very comfortable option for budget accommodation. Everything was clean. A/C was great. Staff very friendly. It's a place to hang your hat for the night (or 2) and be comfortable. No issues with noise form the pub downstairs. I'd come back for sure."
