"It is not the most luxurious hotel in the world, but it appears to be the best hotel in the city of Kisumu. Hence why I chose to stay here after reading reviews of other local hotels. The fish dishes here are very tasty and the portions are generous and worth the money."

"I thoroughly enjoyed are stay at the Grand Duke. The staff was wonderful. The food was wonderful. It is a little hard to fine. However, it is at a very affordable price. For Americans you might want to know that they do not have A/C. We really did enjoy our stay. JA"
